The UT Sehath website was designed to be more than just an info hub, it’s a fundraising platform, and a place to connect members with events, updates, and healthcare initiatives that span borders.
I led the entire design and development process, from defining the visual identity to shipping a responsive website. I focused on translating community values into design choices and creating a scalable system that future team members could build on.
Sehath, which means 'health' in Hindi, is a pre-med organization at the University of Texas at Austin, focused on global health equity. The branding aims to reflect UT's vibrancy blended with Sehath's commitment to international health outreach initiatives.
Sehath's website features a friendly design with rounded corners, reflecting its accessible healthcare mission. This welcoming look unifies the site, from menus to buttons, inviting visitors to explore Sehath's global health efforts. The soft edges also hint at the organization's adaptability in addressing health challenges.
This project enhanced my ability to convert a brand's emotional essence into visual design elements. Additionally, leveraging my previous experience in online marketing and branding, I played a pivotal role in establishing UT Sehath's brand identity and creating its initial content.
Unfortunately, UT Sehath faces a setback due to insufficient member recruitment for the 2024 mission, resulting in a pause in the organization's progress.
